Eddie O’Riordan Check Clerk Eddie worked for CCC around 1970 and remembers being trained by Nobby Clark. He remembers Frank Thompson (among others) who used to collect the bundles at the bottom of the chute. He used to work the graveyard shift 11 to 7 on the Admiralty bundles a lot of the time.

Left CCC in 1972 and became telex operator working for Willis Faber eventually making the transition to I.T. Support working for Ace European Group, Clarins of Paris, DoubleClick, and at present work for Queen Mary University London.

I am unable to remember when he joined CCC but was still there when I left in 1969. Some years after this he came and worked for me at Wood Gundy in the comms dept. ...
